98 Degrees Is Allegedly Reuniting For A Summer Tour

 98 Degrees Reunion Tour

One Direction step aside! 98 Degrees is reportedly getting back together — are you psyched or what?

“I do” cherish the news that 98 Degrees is rumored to get back together for a summer tour!

“Is it me, or does look a little different that it did yesterday? just saying………” Nick Lachey tweeted March 29. The website appears to be updated for first time in years!

According to, the beloved boy band is getting together for a 15-city summer tour. This would be the first time the group – with brothers Nick and Drew Lachey,  Jeff Timmons and Justin Jeffre — has reunited in 10 years.

But the guys in the band are keeping their lips sealed. Jeff responded to a fan on Twitter who asked about the news, saying, “ just rumors right now tho!”

I think it would be the hardest thing for fans if these rumors are really just rumors!

Love n peace from The Netherlands

I liked these guys too back in the day. Wouldn't it be interesting if NKOTB, BSB and 98 degrees all got together for a major tour. I will bet that these guys, if they do get back together, will get their fan base back just as NKOTB and BSB did.

98 Degrees isn't merely reuniting for a performance at the Summer Mixtape Fest. Nick Lachey and the boys will also perform on "The Today Show" and have recently been in the studio.

The news, which was made public via a press release, will surely please fans of the "Just One Night (Una Noche)" singers. The "Today" appearance will take place on Aug. 17, one day before the previously announced Summer Mixtape Fest.

As if that weren't enough, the Backstreet Boys will dance their way across your television screen as well. After recently announcing that Kevin Richardson was back in the group, the band agreed to perform as part of "Good Morning America's" Summer Concert Series.

In other '90s news, the Summerland Tour -- featuring Sugar Ray, Everclear, Lit, Gin Blossoms and Marcy Playground -- continues to roll right along. A colleague who went to the tour's New York show described it as "radical, in a '90s way and also, the bomb."

It's been said before, but there has really never been a better time for '90s artists to pick up their instruments tight T-shirts again.
